Your AI Production Platform Has Arrived

SetRunner helps creative teams turn sketches, references, and art direction into photoreal digital sets, then generate camera-ready angles, time of day variations, and exportable visuals from a locked source design.

It All Begins Here!

Upload References

SetRunner begins with the way filmmakers already think visually. Users can upload sketches, blueprints, mood images, material references, real-world photos, or inspirational imagery to establish the look and feel of a set or location. Instead of starting from a blank prompt, the platform uses those creative inputs as the foundation for a more controlled and production-minded workflow

Design and Refine

Once the initial set is generated, users can refine it directly inside the platform using simple text instructions and visual markups. They can draw on the image, circle areas to change, add details like landscaping or furniture, or remove distracting elements from the frame. This makes the process feel less like guessing with AI and more like giving clear art direction.

Lock Set Design

After the architecture, layout, materials, and overall visual identity feel right, the user locks the set design. This creates a master source image that becomes the approved version of the world. From that point forward, the goal is no longer to redesign the environment, but to generate new shots and perspectives from that single consistent source of truth.

Camera Composer

With the set locked, users move into shot creation. SetRunner’s camera tools let them define perspective, framing, height, and time of day, then generate new views from the approved master set. This separates world-building from shot-planning, which is a much more production-friendly workflow than constantly rebuilding the image every time the angle changes

Final Production Pipeline

The final output is more than a single image. SetRunner is designed as part of a broader digital production workflow, where approved sets can lead to multiple shot variations, elevations, and final visuals that feed into previs, virtual production, pitching, or post workflows. The bigger idea is simple: design the world once, then keep using it
